ABOUT

Lacrosse has been a part of my life for the last 20+ years. I found a deep love of lacrosse in middle school as I found it combined the best of all sports. I played well through my high school career earning a few district honors and all-star recognition. I was excited to have the opportunity to continue my career in college until I was sidelined due to too many concussions. Even though I was not going to play again, I couldn’t completely stay away. I contacted my previous high school coach and was blessed to be able to accept the Junior Varsity Head Coach role the next spring. Then my opportunity came in the Fall of 2010 to become the Varsity Head Coach for my alma mater. I was the Head Coach for 5 seasons where we saw a fair share of ups and downs but ultimately the greatest on field success was a deep state playoff run that ended in the State Semifinals. I decided it was time to hang up the whistle in 2015 and spend more time with the family but lacrosse wasn’t over. I spent the next three seasons coaching club lacrosse to keep involved and continue to assist the players of this great sport.
